The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval the concept plan for the Annette Smith Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) located at 120 West 400 North. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson to waive the 40 foot setback requirement and change it to a 20 foot setback along proposed property located at 4300 South US Highway 89/91.
