NOTICE OF Highland City Planning Commission PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7:00 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter, to receive public comment regarding the following item: -Highland Hideaway Storage is requesting a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approval for a flex office use located approximately at 11251 N Sunset Dr. -Andrew Simonsen is requesting approval of a Planned Development (PD) District of approximately 2.85 acres named Fairfield Cove. The property is located approximately at 10272 N 4800 W. The planned Development will include retail and 19 residential living units. -Millhaven Development is requesting a Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit approval for a 10-lot subdivision known as Springcreek Subdivision. The property is located approximately at 10029 N 6300 W. The public hearings will be held in the Highland City Council Chambers located at 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah.
