- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. to hear comments concerning an application from Kevin and Lindsey Wilcox of 286 S 800 E, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs. The hearing will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
