SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2016-00024. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend various sections of the Salt Lake City Code pertaining to eleemosynary, assisted living facility, and congregate care facility uses, and to remove the 800 foot buffer between specialty housing to comply with the Fair Housing Act (FHA). All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. The City & County Building is an accessible facility. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation, which may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids and services.
