Description/Agenda: The Municipal Council of the City of Logan, Utah will hold a public hearing to take public comment regarding the proposed sale and transfer of approximately 3.5 acres of undeveloped real property owned by Logan City located between approximately 200 and 400 North and between 600 and 800 West in Logan. Said property consists of a former railroad spur and some remnant parcels resulting from the future alignment of 400 North and is proposed to be sold to the adjoining property owner. Said public hearing will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2019, not before 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan UT.
