Description/Agenda: February 6, 2019 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members Kit Anderson, Annie Anderson, Tracy Randall, Pattie Hansen and council member Kristen Vose. The meeting was opened with the pledge and a prayer. Item #1 Greg and Darcey Powell request for zoning clearance for attached garage Darcey Powell who lives at 265 E Main in Cleveland was in attendance and explained her plans for an attached garage. Kit made a motion to approve the zoning clearance. The motion was seconded by Pattie. All were in favor. Motion carried. Pattie made a motion to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded by Annie. All were in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned. Shannon World, clerk
