PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Public Hearing And Recommendation On Phase II Update Amendments To The Coalville City Development Code For Signing, Lighting, Fencing, And Noise Provisions Ordinance 2019-1 Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly take action on the proposed Recommendations On Amendments To The Coalville City Development Code For Signing, Lighting, Fencing, And Noise Provisions, Ordinance 2019-1, on Monday, March 18, 2019, at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main Street. The proposed Amendments for Signing, Lighting, Fencing, And Noise Provisions comprising Title 9, Title 10-5, Title 10-25, Title 10-29, and Title 7-13 requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission. A draft copy of the proposed Amendments is available for public review at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. All interested persons may attend.
