MIDVALE COMMUNITY CENTER REMODEL
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
General Contractor for the Construction and Renovation of the Midvale Community Center Located at 350 6th Avenue Midvale, Utah 84047
General Contractors are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Midvale Community Center Remodel. Documents must be received by Wednesday, March 20, 2019 by 4:00p.m. (MST) at the Office of the City Recorder, 2nd floor of Midvale City Hall located at 7505 Holden Street, Midvale, UT 84047.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project is located at 350 6th Avenue, Midvale, Utah. The project consists of a complete interior remodel of the existing Midvale Community Center, a new storage building addition, and a new standalone canopy pavilion. The Midvale City (Owner) intends to select 4-5 General Contractors from the submitted SOQ's. The selected General Contractors will then be asked to submit competitive sealed price proposals for the project.
INSTRUCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
General Contractors responding to this RFQ shall demonstrate their knowledge and experience with projects that include new construction, building renovation, park pavilions, building additions, and HVAC, mechanical and electrical renovation projects.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
