- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Sunset City Council Chambers, 200 West 1300 North. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit input from Sunset City residents on rezoning from C-2 Commercial to BMU Boulevard Mixed Use the property located at 2059 N. Main.
