No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement PUBLIC HEARING 1. Sunshine Art Studio - Home Occupation - Conditional Use Permit - 4091 S Monarch Way (R-1-8) Property owner, Xiangfei Li is seeking conditional permit approval to give art lessons from her home. Home based businesses are an allowed use requiring Planning Commission conditional approval. 2. Nikols - Short Term Rental - Conditional Use Permit - 4934 E Holladay Blvd (R-2-10) Property Owner, John Nikols is seeking conditional permit approval to operate Short Term Rental (residential rental for less than 30days) at this property. Short Term Rentals are an allowed use requiring Planning Commission verification of location and conditional approval 3. Holladay on the Creek - Conceptual Site Plan - 4810 S Highland Circle - (C-2) Applicant Ken Keller will present a conceptual site development plan for retail and residential uses at this site. DISCUSSION 4. Discussion of Upcoming Ordinance Amendments - Holladay Crossroads Zone (HCR) second draft review and Holladay Village Design Guidelines amendments, Medical/Clinical office uses in the ORD zone and Non-Conforming Uses 13.88 amendment.
