Description/Agenda: The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Mar. 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: Springville City seeking an amendment to Springville City Code Sections 11-6-204 Landscape Requirements; 11-6-205 Completion of Landscape Improvements and Guarantees; 11-6-207 Right-of-Way Park Strip Improvements; 11-6-208 Street Frontage Landscape Border; 11-6-209 Parking Lot Interior Landscaping; and 11-7-410 Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
