Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the city offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for approval the concept plan for the Annette Smith Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) located at 120 West 400 North. Tax Id #10-029-0024 2. The Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson to amend city code to change setback requirements from 40 feet to 20 feet at lighted intersections in CH (Highway Commercial) zone along 4300 South US Highway 89/91 Tax Id. #11-091-0010, 11-091-0011, 11-091-0012.
