Appointments: 1. Appointments to Boards, Commissions, and Committees C. Presentation: 1. La Verkin City Royalty 2. Victim Service Coordinator-Tiffany Mower D. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: February 20, 2019 regular meeting minutes. E. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer Board, Planning Commission, Water Board F. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. G. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action on the Capital Improvement Priority List. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Proclamation 2019-01; a proclamation designating April 26, 2019 as Arbor Day for the City of La Verkin. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2019-08; a resolution adopting a Memorandum of Understanding in support of the creation and maintenance of a County-Wide shared Adult Forensic Interviewer Program and the County's request for a grant to provide funding therefore. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2019-09; a resolution adopting, approving, and authorizing the Mayor's signature on the Washington County Water Conservancy District revised Regional Water Supply Agreement (2019); and establishing an effective date.
