PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
Zone change from RE-37.5 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 37,500 square feet) zone to A-1 (Agricultural, minimum lot size 40,000 square feet) on approximately 4.27 acres generally located on 3670 South Street, west of Bentley Road.
Zone change from PD-R (Planned Development Residential) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 0.80 acres located at 126 W 200 N.
Zone change amendment to the Desert Color Planned Development Residential zone to approve a resort and amenity center on approximately 9.21 acres generally located east of I-15 and south of Southern Parkway and west of Desert Color Parkway.
Zone change amendment to the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to develop a commercial building on Lot 5 of the BGG Commercial Center on approximately 0.71 acres generally located southwest of the intersection of Riverside Drive and River Road.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
