- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: - The Eagle Heights Village Master Development Plan, a proposed 312 duplex development located on approximately 50 acres at 2600 E Eagle Mountain Boulevard (Parcel 59:018:0037) The materials for the proposed item may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
