- The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking bids for 'Inspection / CM Services ' for the 7800 South Widening and Realignment of New Bingham Highway (NBH) Project. The project limits are 7800 South from approximately 4000 West to Airport Road and along NBH from 4000 West to Airport Road. The project is expected to begin in March of 2019 and continue for approximately 300 days. The engineer's estimate for this project is $160,000.00 Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M., at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk or designee. Bids, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile or email transmitted bids will not be accepted. Questions regarding the project can be directed to Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, at paul.wellington@westjordan.utah.gov. Bid documents, plans, and specifications may be obtained via email beginning March 4, 2019 from Paul Wellington at paul.wellington@westjordan.utah.gov. When emailing Paul to request bid documents please include your full name, company name, address, and phone number.
