2019 PLANNING COMMISSION ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE REVISED: February 28, 2019 The Clearfield Planning Commission will generally hold its regular meetings for the 2019 calendar year on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 pm and are held in the Clearfield City Council Chambers located at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24 hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation. In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, the City of Clearfield will accommodate reasonable requests to assist the disabled to participate in the meetings. Request for assistance can be made by calling the City Offices at 525-2707 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. Scheduled regular Planning Commission meeting dates for the 2019 calendar are as follows: January 9 February 6 March 6 March 20 April 3 April 17 May 8 (2nd Wednesday) May 22 (4th Wednesday) June 5 June 19 July 10 (2nd Wednesday) July 17 August 7 August 21 September 4 September 18 October 2 October 16 November 6 November 20 December 4 December 18 Dated this 28th day of February, 2019. /s/Nancy R.
