Consideration and recommendation of Temple Olayan's request for review of the Z-Act subdivision concept, a 10-lot residential development located at 1385 West 700 South. (Tabled from the February 14, 2019 meeting) 3.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Temple Olayan's request for review of a zone change for Z-Act on approximately 7.17-acres of property located at 1385 West 700 South, changing the zoning from a TH-5 (transitional holding) to an R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) zone. 3.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Jeff Jeppson's request for preliminary subdivision review of Aberle Acres, a 6-lot residential development located at 570 South 300 East in an R-1-Flex (residential) zone. 3.5. Public hearing and consideration of Boyer Company's request for the Lehi Block concept plan located at 2200 North 1200 West in an existing Industrial zone. 3.6. Public hearing and recommendation of AE Urbia's request for review of a Development Code Amendment for Light Office/ Warehouse Combination description of building types to be added as an approved use to different zones. 3.7. Public hearing and recommendation of Kimley-Horn & Associates' request for preliminary subdivision review of Meadow Pointe, a 4-lot commercial development located at 2300 North Ashton Blvd in a Regional Commercial zone. 3.8. Public hearing and consideration of Dayne Raff's request for conditional use approval for a flag lot to be located at 2112 West 1700 North in an R-1-12 (residential) zone. 3.9. Public hearing and recommendation of Dayne Raff's request for Arnold Estates Plat C, a 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 2112 West 1700 North in an R-1-12 (residential) zone. 3.10. Public hearing and recommendation of Daniel Harr's request for Harr Subdivision, a 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 1056 North 600 East in an R-1-8 (residential) zone. 3.11. Public hearing and consideration of Daryl Hodgson's request for conditional use approval for a flag lot to be located at 645 West 2100 North in an RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone. 3.12. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of the Mellor-Rhodes Park general plan amendment, approximately 6.99-acres of property located at 1450 South 1500 West, changing the land use designation from VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) to PF (Public Facility). 3.13. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of Public Facility zoning on the Lehi Mellor-Rhodes Park Annexation, approximately 6.99-acres of property located at approximately 1450 South 1500 West. 3.14. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to the Lehi City Design Standards and Public Improvements Specifications Manual amending the details for temporary turnarounds to require signage indicating that the dead end road is temporary. 3.15. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Chapter 30, Vested Rights, to clarify when vesting of a project takes place. 3.16. Consideration and recommendation of Lehi City's request for an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Chapter 39 amending the definition for Outdoor Sales and Display.
