Description/Agenda
Salt Lake City (the 'City'), located in Salt Lake County intends to prepare or amend an impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis related to Parks, Public Safety ,Transportation, and Fire. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. The service area of the proposed analysis includes all areas within the existing municipal boundaries served by the stated public services. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis.
