- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map. The property to be discussed is located at 1080 South Hwy 118 (old K-Mart Plaza). The application filed by Amerco Real Estate Company is requesting a change of zone from CS (Commercial Shopping) to CG (General Commercial).
