NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment on the proposed changes to Title 12 the Land Use Ordinance regarding hard surfaces for ingress and egress, sidewalk requirements in industrial zones, and having zones ID1 and ID have the same requirements. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday March 13, 2019, at the Delta City Municipal Complex Council Chambers located at 76 N 200 W, Delta, UT, 84624-9440, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. AGENDA 6:45 p.m. Call to Order Receive public comment about the proposed changes to Title 12 the Land Use Ordinance regarding hard surfaces for ingress and egress, sidewalk requirements in industrial zones, and having zones ID1 and ID have the same requirements. Any such business as may come before the Planning and Zoning Commission.

NOTICE: Be advised the Planning and Zoning Commission may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) § 52-4-204 and § 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Further, be aware the Planning and Zoning Commission may also conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than illustrated herein to meet the needs of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Individuals and entities that have business before the Planning and Zoning Commission should be present at meeting commencement.
