- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Seven Eleven is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to extend Hours of Operation at 1519 W 5400 S. File #4C19. Consideration of an ordinance amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Chapter 13.26 Signage and Outdoor Advertising, and Chapter 13.37 Design Standards. File #3Z19. Jeannette Mason is requesting a Zoning Map amendment from Single Family Residential (R-1-8) to Limited Commercial (LC) for the property located at 3399 W 4700 for approximately 1.67 acres. File #19Z18. Jeannette Mason is requesting a General Plan amendment from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial for the property located at 3399 W 4700 for approximately 1.67 acres. File #2G18. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
