- 90 North Main Street | Tooele, Utah 84074 435-843-2132 | Fax: 435-843-2139 | www.tooelecity.org Community Development Department PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele City Planning Commission will meet in a business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers of Tooele City Hall, located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Amended Agenda 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Public Hearing and Recommendation on a Zoning Map Amendment from the R1-7 Residential zoning district to the MDR Medium Density Residential zoning district by Derald Andersen for 0.58 acres located at 350 North 50 West. 4. Recommendation on a Minor Subdivision application by Andrew Caldwell located at 1762 North Broadway in the HDR High Density Residential zoning district for the purposes of splitting one 0.55 acre parcel into 3 lots. 5. Recommendation on a Subdivision Plat Amendment application by Howard Schmidt to amend the Providence at Overlake Subdivision, Phase 2 located at approximately 400 West 1200 North in the R1-7 Residential zoning district for the purposes of adjusting the property boundaries of seven lots and a storm water detention basin parcel on 1.74 acres. 6. Discussion regarding a pending text amendment by Tooele City to the Tooele City Code, Chapters 7-1 General Provision, 7-4 Off-Street Parking Requirement, 7-11a Design Standards - Multi-Family Residential, 7-13 Zoning Districts, 7-14 Residential Zoning Districts, and 7-16 Zoning Districts Purpose and Intent - Mixed Use, Commercial, Industrial and Special Purpose Districts dealing with provisions related to multi-family residential zoning districts, their allowable land uses, and applicable design standards and supplemental regulations. 7. Review and Approval of Planning Commission minutes for meeting held February 13, 2019. 8. Adjourn Training 1. Utah Open Meetings Act Training 2.
