REQUEST FOR BIDS-OLD CITY HALL 15 N CHURCH STREET, EUREKA UT Bids can be turned in to the current city office during regular business hours prior to close of business on March 4th or at council meeting, 7 PM on March 4th. Any bid not in the hands of the city by 7 PM will not be accepted. Plans can be viewed at the current city hall, 255 West Main Street Eureka Ut. during regular business hours, 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. To walk through the building to be renovated, call ahead for an appointment, 435-433-6915. Work includes the following: Demolition: Remove existing non-supporting wall. Frame and finish new office space at the front of the room. Access the rear part of the building by cutting a doorway into the back section of the building. Frame and finish two ADA compliant bathrooms in that area. Includes plumbing and fixtures. Replace existing doors and windows with energy efficient windows. Includes re-framing where necessary. Windows and doors should have the look of original construction. Frame and finish meeting area in the back of the building. New roof. Should have a similar look to the original cedar shakes. Ceiling insulation. Update electrical service and lighting to meet current code. New heating and cooling for the whole building. (Propane) Repair stucco and paint exterior of the building. Paint interior of the building. Cabinets and counter top in break area.
