Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval the concept plan for the Annette Smith Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) located at 120 West 400 North. Tax Id #10-027-0024 2. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson to amend City Code to change setback requirements from 40 feet to 20 feet at the lighted intersections in the Highway Commercial zone along Highway US 89/91. Tax Id #11-091-0010, 11-091-0011-11-091-0012.
