Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in an will take place in the following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval the concept plan for the Annette Smith Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) located at 120 West 400 North. Tax Id #10-027-0024 2. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson to amend city code to change setback requirements from 40 feet to 20 feet at lighted intersections in the Highway Commercial zone along Highway US 89/91 Tax ID #11-091-0010, 11-091-0011, 11-061-0012
