Recommend final approval of the B-bar-B Subdivision located at approximately 2474 West 2000 North - Tom Burkland c. Set a public hearing to consider the re-zone request of the James Ortberg property located at 3746 North Higley Rd, Parcel number 19-155-0003, from the C-2 zone to the M-1 zone d. Set a public hearing to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Marsh Construction for a construction office located at 3746 North Higley Rd - Marsh Construction e. Recommend preliminary approval of the Happy Days Subdivision located at 3300 N 2575 W - Kenny Palmer 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated February 14, 2019 5. Chairman/Commission Follow-up a. Report on Assignments 6. Public Comments (Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 2 minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that IS NOT ON THE AGENDA. No action can or will be taken on any issue presented.) 7. Adjournment
