Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission February 26, 2019 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AMENDED AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - 3. Presentation: a. Overview of the planning process and implementation of adopted plans - Shawn Warnke 4. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of adopting the 2018 Tremonton Economic and Market Analysis Plan b. Discussion and consideration of amending Title II Tremonton City Subdivision Ordinance, Section 2.06.025 adding when a Septic System may be installed 5. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules.
