- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on proposed amendments to the Payson City Development Guidelines, specifically the electrical construction specifications.
