Welcome Board Chair 2. Approve Minutes from February 4, 2019 and February 11, 2019 CDCIP Board 3. Project Presentations for all Facilities Group a. Build A New Sugarhouse Business District Maintenance Shop b. Connecting Corridor For Sorenson Multicultural And Unity Center c. Downtown Irrigation And Water Conservation And Asset Renewal - Phase II Construction d. Facilities Capital Asset Replacement Plan (6M investment) (Deferred Capital Replacement) e. Install New Escalators At The Leonardo (209 E 500 S) f. Library Parking Structure Security Upgrades (241 EAST 500 SOUTH) g. Parks and Public Lands Admin Bldg HVAC Upgrades Supplemental Funding h. Plaza 349 Parking Canopy And Solar PV Array (349 South 200 East) i. Re-Purpose Old Fire Station #3 For Relocation Of SugarHouse Business District and Fairmont Park Maintenance Shop.
