PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JAN 8, 2019 AND JAN 22, 2019 PUBLIC HEARING 1. C-TH (CONDOMINIUM/TOWNHOUSE) TEXT AMENDMENTS A proposal to amend Layton Municipal Code - Title 19, 'Zoning', Chapter 19.24, 'Condominium/Townhouse (C-TH) Zoning District'. PUBLIC REVIEW 2. CREEKWOOD SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Symphony Homes, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Creekwood Subdivision, located at approximately 250 W Layton Parkway in the R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) zoning district.
