- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:15 conduct a public hearing to receive citizen input and consider for approval a proposed code adopting restrictions on the manufacture, distribution, possession, or use of synthetic cannabinoids (spice). 9.
