This property is zoned C-2P (commercial). The developer desires to construct a Peterbilt commercial business facility for sales, service and repair. The proposed use conforms to the General Plan. Staff noted that the City has a concept plan but not the formal site plan.

Chair Syme expressed concern about refrigerator trailers running all night and disturbing the neighbors. Mr. Adams said it would be rare. Mr. Morris requested that the applicant designate refrigerator trailer parking area on the Site Plan. Mr. Adams agreed. Mr. Trent Meyerhoffer asked Mr. Adams to provide architectural details on the final Site Plan.
