NOTICE AND AGENDA SANTA CLARA CITY MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY MEETING Wednesday February 27, 2019 Time: 5:00 p.m. AGENDA NOTICE is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Municipal Building Authority will hold a Meeting on the 27th Day of February 2019, in the City Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, which meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order: 2. Conflicts and Disclosures: 3. Working Agenda: 1. Appointment of the Municipal Building Authority Officers. 2. Consider Approval of Resolution 2019-01R of the Municipal Building Authority of the City of Santa Clara, Utah Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of not more than $3,100,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019 (The 'Series 2019 Bonds') and Related Matters. Presented by Brock Jacobsen, Assistant City Manager. 4. Adjournment Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during this meeting should notify the city no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting by calling 435-673-6712. In accordance with State Statute and Council Policy, one or more Council Members may be connected via speakerphone or may by two-thirds vote to go into a closed meeting.
