Millcreek City Council & Planning Commission Joint Special Meeting Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council and Planning Commission of MILLCREEK will assemble in a SPECIAL public meeting on Saturday, 23 February 2019 at Adib's Rug Gallery, 3092 S. Highland Dr., Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 9:30 a.m. 9:30 a.m. - SPECIAL MEETING: 1. Discussion of Mountair Streetscape Design 2.
