In Attendance: Excused: Review and/or approve minutes: Motion by: Potential visitors: Kristen and Chris Schow (put in application to join Commission but have not been interviewed by mayor) Agenda Items 1. Introduce Cyd LeMone as city council rep for 2019. 2. Reports from subcommittees: Preservation Update on grant application for Old Town Hall (Jaylene) Postcard project will be funded by grant-250 cards. When should we print and start knocking doors? (Jaylene) Download of meeting with Alena Franco with SHPO (Laurel) Community Outreach Social event with City Council-March 8 (Laurel) Update about April's Historic Home Social & Walking Tour (Shane) Can we do a walking tour to coincide with Heritage Festival in September? How can we help the Heritage Festival Committee? (Stacy) Digitization & Archives Meeting on 27 Feb with Alan Barnett, the state archivist Laurel created a Dropbox folder to house historic information. Who needs the link? It was sent out in an email. History & Publications Does anyone have input or changes to the walking tour app? 3. Update on mural and window (Jeanne) Mayor wants to go ahead with mural with donors. 4. May is Preservation Month. What can we do? 5. Preservation Utah & SHPO training will be held Friday, 31 May. Who would like to attend? 6. Review and update bylaws. Meeting Date and time for next meeting: March 20 at 7 PM
