NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with a meeting on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. Proposed Approval to Pursue Proposed Amendment to City Code, Road Requirements in Minor Subdivision 4. Proposed Approval of P-2 Use Permit for State Bank of Southern Utah, 10 South Main 5. Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit for Drive Thru at State Bank of Southern Utah, 10 South Main 6. Review and Proposed Approval of Business License at Approximately 550 N. Cemetery Rd., AVF Composites, LLC, Jason Christensen 7. Discuss and Proposed Approval of Final Minor Subdivision at Approximately 30 South 400 West, Jeromy Hyatt 8. Approve Minutes 9.
