- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will attend a workshop at 6:00 p.m. followed by a work session meeting at 7:00 p.m. followed by a regular City Council meeting at 8:00 p.m. on the 20th day of February 2019 at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.
