Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, Feb 21, 2019 in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South, Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.

A. Zoning Clearance - Orchid Homes, residence located at 617 E Center St, Canyon Ridge Lot 13, Millville.
B. Zoning Clearance - Gene Eggleston, Shop to be located at 189 N 100 W, Millville.
C. Recommendation to the C.C. regarding resolution for setting fees for subdivisions.
D. Set a Public Hearing for changes to Ord 16.16 and Ord 16.20
E. Review development request for parcel 02-126-0004
