PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Fire Department, 71 E 200 S, Training Room, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Code Amendment - Section 11-15-4: Testing and Inspection Fee (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code 'Section 11-15-4: Testing and Inspection Fee' to update fee provisions and modify the terms of payment. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 237 S 300 E (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Goodrich for a conditional use permit to allow an accessory structure, with an area greater than 700 square feet, on property located at 237 South 300 East in the R1-7 (Single-family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-12B-2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses in the Manufacturing Distribution Zone (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section '10-12B-2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses' by revising the permitted and conditional uses and adding qualifying provisions in the Manufacturing Distribution (MD) Zone.
