CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2019 @ 4:00PM PROMISE ROOM, 3330 SOUTH 1300 EAST, MILLCREEK, UT 84106 A. OPENING i. Greg Summerhays will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. ii. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the meeting minutes of Thursday, January 17th. B. DISCUSSION AND ACTION REGARDING OPMA, GRAMA i. CWC Counsel Shane Topham will review proposed rules of procedure for the Stakeholders Council. ii. Action by Stakeholders Council to formally adopt the rules of procedure, subject to ratification by the CWC board. C. DISCUSSION REGARDING STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL ALTERNATES AND ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS i. Greg Summerhays will lead a discussion with regarding the use of alternates in place of the formally selected Stakeholders Council members; and discuss expectations for attendance and participation. D. STAFF MONTHLY REPORTS i. Presentation by CWC staff and supporting jurisdiction staff regarding CWC activities, including: (a) Transportation - John Thomas (b) State Legislation - Ralph Becker E. PRESENTATION AND GROUP EXERCISE SETTING STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEMBER PRIORITIES FOR CENTRAL WASATCH i. Presentation and discussion led by UDOT Project Manager John Thomas on the use of Decision Lens and group decision making. ii. Decision Lens Exercise by Stakeholders Council. F. OTHER STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL DISCUSSION G. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING At or before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 18th 2019, the undersigned does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda and agenda was (1) posted at either the CWC's principal office or at the building where the meeting is to be held; (2) posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-701; and (3) provided to The Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent. Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed. Members of the Stakeholders Council may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
