Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: Springville City seeking an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map from Commercial to Mixed Use, and the Official Zone Map to change the zoning on properties along Main Street from 300 South to approximately 500 South from the CC-Community Commercial Zone to the TC-Town Center Zone. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861. Published in the Daily Herald on February 16, 2019.
