RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
- Juliana Martin is requesting a Conditional Use Home Occupation for West Point Ballet Academy to be conducted in residential home located at 12951 South 1830 West.
- Adam Breen of Breen Custom Homes, is requesting Subdivision approval for Gillette Estates, a four (4) lot subdivision proposed at 11881 South 2700 West.
- Riverton City is considering amendments to the land use code as it relates to residential facilities, treatment centers and rehabilitation facilities.
- Brett Lovell, is requesting Preliminary Subdivision approval for Hidden Pines, a 42 lot subdivision proposed at 3814 West 13800 South.
- Ryan McDougal is requesting a rezone of about 3.18 acres located at approximately 13027 South Redwood Road. The current zoning is RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre lots) the requested zoning is RM-6 (Residential Multi-Family 6 dwelling units per acre).
- Adam Difabrizio of A & I Property Management is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for to conduct Storage and Warehousing in a Regional Commercial Zone for a property located at 3657 West Meadow Spring Lane.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
