RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Juliana Martin is requesting a Conditional Use Home Occupation for West Point Ballet Academy to be conducted in residential home located at 12951 South 1830 West. - Adam Breen of Breen Custom Homes, is requesting Subdivision approval for Gillette Estates, a four (4) lot subdivision proposed at 11881 South 2700 West. - Riverton City is considering amendments to the land use code as it relates to residential facilities, treatment centers and rehabilitation facilities. - Brett Lovell, is requesting Preliminary Subdivision approval for Hidden Pines, a 42 lot subdivision proposed at 3814 West 13800 South. - Ryan McDougal is requesting a rezone of about 3.18 acres located at approximately 13027 South Redwood Road. The current zoning is RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre lots) the requested zoning is RM-6 (Residential Multi-Family 6 dwelling units per acre). - Adam Difabrizio of A & I Property Management is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for to conduct Storage and Warehousing in a Regional Commercial Zone for a property located at 3657 West Meadow Spring Lane.
