- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday February 27, 2019 to receive public input on a request to annex property into the municipal boundaries of Payson, Utah. The annexation is located east of the High Line Canal, west of Nebo Loop Road and south of the Payson View Estates development (1600 South) and includes eight parcels and portions of the High Line Canal corridor for a total annexation area of 216.57 acres. The parcels in the proposed annexation are owned by: Mary M Bahr; Della Mae Nelson Family Living Trust 12-20-2006; Jim B Mower Trust 03-17-1995; Mary M Bahr 01-30-2014; Jim B Mower; Jeffery R Nelson; Stuart D Nelson; Kristine Tucholski; and Autumn View Properties Limited Partnership. The Planning Commission meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah.
