PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a Public Hearing for a Variance on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the Community Development Department, 65 North 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width (String Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Damien Hubert for a variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4 which requires a minimum lot width of 85 feet for properties in the R1-8 Zone. The subject property is located at 449 South 300 East in the R1-8 (Residential Single-family) Zone.
