PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on January 13, 2019, at Sunset City Hall, 200 W. 1300 N. Sunset, Utah. Said meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. If you have information or items for the Boards consideration, it is necessary that the information is furnished at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study your request. The agenda shall be as follows: A. CALL TO ORDER B. WELCOME C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - December 12, 2018 REGULAR MEETING 1. Rezone request for the property located at 2059 North Main to rezone from C-2 to BMU (Boulevard Mixed use) 2. Schedule Public Hearing for the rezoning of the property located at 2059 North Main from C-2 to BMU (Boulevard Mixed Use) 3. Presentation of possible rezoning of the Winegar Property located at 329 West 1300 North from C-2 to R-3 to allow building of apartments/condominiums 4. Rezone request for the property located at 482 West 2300 North from R-1 to R-3 to allow the building of a tri-plex 5. Schedule Public Hearing for the rezoning property of the property located at 482 West 2300 North from R-1 to R-3 6. General Information
