City Council Kick-off Meeting Agenda Watershed Plan - Environmental Assessment (PLAN-EA) February 12, 2019 4:00 - 5:30 P.M. The Mt. Pleasant City Council will hold a special meeting February 12, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome Mayor 2. Roll Call Recorder 3. Approval of Agenda Items Mayor 4. Turn Time over to J-U-B Engineers, Inc.: Bryce Wilcox a. Who are the team members working on this Watershed Plan-Environmental Assessment (PLAN-EA)? b. What is the Watershed Plan - Environmental Assessment Plan (PLAN-EA)? (Project Overview) c. Who's who in Mt. Pleasant (Stakeholder Discussion)? d. What will the Communication protocol be? e. When should the Public PLAN-EA Scoping meeting take place? f.
