Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input then consider for approval a request from James Grover for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a construction business out of his home at 130 East 200 North. Tax Id #11-082-0047 2. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Dakota Smith for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a health supplements business out of his home at 213 North Center Tax Id #11-081-0018.
