- The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday February 21, 2019 at 6:00 pm. in the Oakley City Town Hall 960 W. Center, Oakley, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation a preliminary plat for the Audrey Estates Subdivision. The subdivision is located at approximately 4360 N. Millrace Road. The subdivision is a 3 lot subdivision. Applicant is Susan Ogden
