PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Vernon Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 12 February 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Vernon Fire Station, 325 S. Main Street, Vernon, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Swear in new council member, Darrell E. Holden 2. Approve the minutes of 8 January 2019 Town Council meeting. 3. Sheriff's Office 4. Approve purchase of scanner and thumb drives 5. Approve an archivist, Rachel Hindel, to scan town documents 6. Reports/Commissions/Committees: Rodney Manzione: Fire Department/Training/Homeland Grants Veterans Memorial Planning Commission Chuck Mannino: Emergency Management Vernon Waterworks Special District Darrell Holden: Park and Recreation/Tables & Chairs rental Vernon Elementary Committee Treasurer John Olson: Cemetery Animal Control Dennis Clark: Road/ Signs/Snow Removal Contract/Salt for roads Telecommunications Ambulance Website or Blog for Town of Vernon 7. Council of Governments 8. Approve payment of Town bills 9. Adjourn
